35th Annual Falmouth Fall Road Race is a 7 mile race that follows the same course as the Falmouth Road Race in August, starting from Woods Hole and ending in Falmouth Heights
Join in on the fun by cheering on all the runners in this year’s 5k Jingle Jog and Elf Run in Falmouth , Cape Cod. Kids and adults alike get a kick out of seeing many of the runners decked out in holiday finery. Plenty of jingle bells will be heard as the runners speed by with bells on their wrists and ankles. You can expect to see Santa, Elves, Reindeer and other favorite holiday characters. Not only will you see runners get in the spirit with bells but many sideline cheerleaders will wear thier “jingle bell” festive outfits as well. The course starts at the Flying Bridge and winds through Falmouth Heights. The Elf Run is a 1/2 mile run for children who are 12 and under.

Falmouth Holiday Stroll is a must see. The Main Street in Falmouth Village is transformed at night to a magical holiday place of lights, music and treats. The many special unique shops and local restaurants are decorated to the hilt. The street and storefronts are a joy to see and kids and adults all will find something to exclaim about. The Very Merry Dickens Carolers will be strolling the street to provide holiday cheer. Kids will have the chance to meet Santa in the Falmouth Historical Society’s beautiful education center and all will enjoy snacks and hot cocoa while they visit Santa. A jazz duo will also be on hand.
There will be complimentary trolley rides with various stops at Queens Buyway and on Main Street. Also be sure to stop by at Peg Noonan Park where you can enjoy the magic of an outdoor holiday movie on the big screen. There will also be face painting and jugglers from the troupe Suspenders. Don’t miss the artistry of Lance Shinkle as he creates an ice sculpture.
