The Captain’s Manor Inn is dedicated to the highest level of guest service. We have created the following policies to ensure we meet that goal for the visitors who stay at our inn in Cape Cod.

Minimum Stay

A three night minimum is required Memorial day weekend, July 4th , Labor Day weekend, Columbus Day weekend, weekends in the summer and certain special events.  A two night minimum  is standard during the summer months; a one night stay can occasionally be accommodated at the Innkeepers discretion – all booking must be made directly by calling the Inn.

Payment

Prepayment is required by credit card only (MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover) and will be processed at the time the reservation is made.  Reservations are subject to Massachusetts state and local lodging tax rates which together total 14.45%

Cancellation Policy

As a small property. cancellations affect us greatly.  In the unfortunate situation where you need to cancel your reservation, deposits are refundable (less $60 per room service charge) on reservations canceled more than 21 days prior to arrival.

Guests who cancel their reservation less than 21 days prior to arrival will be responsible for the full room charges. The room be released and made available to be re-rented for all nights of the original reservation. If the rooms are re-rented at the full rate, a refund will be issued less a $60 per room service charge. If the room(s) are re-rented at a reduced rate, the amount of the refund will be adjusted to reflect the reduced rate. On reservations made more than six months in advance. or a reservation for multiple rooms, a 60-day cancellation policy applies and full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Changes and modifications to existing reservations are subject to the above 21/60-day cancellation policy.

We highly recommend travel insurance to protect against last-minute emergencies. If interested there is a site we are aware of called Insure My Trip where it is possible to obtain quotes from multiple insurance providers. Our understanding is they typically offer coverage for delays or cancellations due to weather, peril, job loss, and medical crisis. The policies have added benefits for medical care while away, including medical evacuation. We do not have personal experience with the Insure My Trip website so we cannot personally recommend it.

Check-in and Out Times

Check-out is 11:00 am. Standard check-in is 2:00 to 5:30 pm. We strongly encourage our guests to request an early check-in in order to get settled and begin enjoying their visit to Falmouth.  Please contact us if you require a check-in after 5 :30 pm or if you need to check-in earlier than 2:00 pm.  We will do our best to accommodate special requests.  We greatly appreciate your respect for the check-in and check-out schedule.

Parking

On-site parking (one space per room, no towed vehicles) is available for registered guests only.
