Boris Villatte, the 33 year old co-owner of PB Boulangerie & Bistro in Wellfleet had been looking to expand and we are so very fortunate that he chose our beautiful Falmouth Village.

The bakery will feature the same breads, croissants, cakes and quiches that they are known for in Wellfleet.
