Truro Vineyards of Cape Cod is known as the Cape’s premier winery located in North Truro. Here you will visit the only traditional European grape growing vineyard in the region. The Roberts family has owned and operated the vineyard since 2007 and pioneered the art of maritime grape growing on the Cape. The vineyard is a labor of love for the Roberts family and you will see that it is a hands on venture. You can expect to see at least one member of the family during your visit, either hosting a wine tasting, working in the fields, assisting visitors in the gift shop or somehow being a part of the wine making process.
Our guests at The Captains Manor Inn love to go day tripping and make this one of their stops as they travel Cape Cod’s historic route 6A. The Truro Vineyard visitor season opens Memorial Day weekend and ends Columbus Day weekend. The tasting room and gift shop are located in a restored 1830s farmhouse. Visiting hours are Friday, Saturday and Monday from 11 to 5 and Sunday 10 to 5 with tastings every half hour.
